Being ungrounded means being out of touch with your physical self and unaware of what is going on in your physical surroundings. Being ungrounded is sort of like being in a daydream. While spiritual work is fabulous, grounding back into reality is very important, especially in these times when energy is shifting upward at a fast pace.

In this class you will learn what grounding is and what the symptoms are of being ungrounded. You will learn 3 simple ways to ground your body, and Bonnie will take you through a grounding meditation that is an ideal way for relaxing mind and body.
